This is the newly-released (Feb 6, 2006) proposed Fiscal 2007 Federal budget. Spending over 5% of the budget is in bold.

Percentage change figures reflect ESTIMATED ACTUAL FY 2006 versus BUDGET AUTHORITY for FY 2007. "Costs of the Iraq war not included" -- $50 billion to start. This is why the military appears to be getting less money than last year in this data.

"Your share" for any given item is simply the percentage of spending applied to your stated tax bill. More complicated interpretations are possible.
